Accommodation:
Cancellation within 3 days prior to accommodation date = Admin fee of $20.00;No show - no communication = 100% of amount paid.
Courses and Retreats:
Cancellation before 3 days prior to event = Admin fee of $20.00;Cancellation within 3 days but before 24 hours prior to event = 20% of total amount due;Cancellation within 24 hours prior to event = 50% of total amount due;No show - no communication = 100% of amount paid.
